ADAM’S APPROACH
To make the practice of Ashtanga Yoga accessible, sustainable, and enjoyable to anyone who sees its potential to enhance their lives.
There’s no better way of deepening your understanding of what you’re doing than teaching, however it’s good to share and as long as we teach what we know. We should feel confident to share, but we often don’t have that confidence, hence, the endemic ‘imposter syndrome’ of yoga teachers.
This course will banish these feelings, helping you feel authentic and inspired in what you teach through clear information and teaching techniques along with discussions about the challenges of the modern yoga teacher.
Objective: to gain more confidence as a teacher through a broader and clearer perspective on the overarching principles of asana and how asana relates out more broadly to yoga philosophy and principles for living.
