Laruga Intermediate Series Part 3. This workshop explores the third and last section of the intermediate series. Laruga will work through and breakdown the postures from Pinchamayurasana to the 7 headstands.
Laruga knows this sequence like the back of her hand. It is beautiful to see a female practitioner perform the advanced strength-demanding asanas that come at this point in the series (karandavasana, mayurasana, nagrasana) with such grace.
The workshop is open to all levels, stages of development are always discussed, whilst Laruga gives us an insight into how easy the full posture can look (after a lot of hard work and dedication!).
Laruga has been practicing Ashtanga yoga continuously for over 23 years after starting in her twenties. She travelled to Mysore more than 14 times to practice with the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois.
She is one of the few in the world who have been given the distinction of being certified to teach up to Advanced B, which is not easily given and takes many years to earn.
Largua inspires students to realize their inherent potential, and has been personally invited all over the world to do so.
