Harmony Slater Ashtanga Yoga for Pregnancy is a recording of a live Zoom workshop. A wonderful module for teachers and students and teachers who have an interest in learning more about how to safely navigate this important phase of a woman’s life.
Harmony will move gradually through selected asanas of the Primary and Second Series and show different ways to modify the practice during the trimesters and different stages of pregnancy.
Pregnancy myths will be discussed and you will find out specific dos and don’ts. Harmony will share very beneficial Pranayama and meditation practices for pregnancy.
Harmony is a long term Ashtanga practitioner, Certified teacher and mother to a son. She will share from her experience of her Ashtanga practice during her pregnancy.
