In the Yoga Yajnavalkya we find the idea of the pranic body being dispersed beyond the surface of the physical body and the connection to a dispersed, scattered and unfocused mind. This surfaces as difficulties in body, breath and mind and the solutions have to be implemented on all three levels, i.e. asana, pranayama and meditation.
This workshop with Gregor Maehle, he focuses on the level of asana. You will learn how to turn the cool-down postures (finishing sequence into energetic seals (mudras).
You will work on how to improve and make more effective the inversions and sitting postures. This process will turn them into powerful tools producing health, longevity and preparing us for higher-limbs practice.
