At the centre of the Ashtanga yoga method is the breath. However, to get the most out of our breathing we first have to learn how to harness the subtle energy of Prana which the physical asanas prepare us for.
In this workshop we will look at bringing the asana to life through paying close attention to the ‘transistors’ of energy which are bandha and drishti.
Darby lived in Mysore for 4 years from 1979 learning Ashtanga yoga and is one of few Certified teachers anywhere.
