Class opens at 6.00 a.m. Adam will be live from 6.15 to 8.15 am UK time All students of Ashtanga are welcome to join Adam's online Mysore class. Book a drop-in below or buy class packs.  Unmute yourself to ask questions or do so in the chat box. If you wish to inform Adam about your practice or chat with him beforehand you can by email, but it's not necessary.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS:

There will be no classes on Thursday, April 18th, Friday, April 18th and from Monday, May 13th to 17th.

1:1 LESSONS LIVE ONLINE WITH ADAM

Having taught Mysore-style yoga for nearly 20 years, Adam is an expert in helping individuals of all levels learn for their specific body type. Therefore he will be able to talk you through practice and analyse how you can work optimally for your group and range.

It doesn’t end with just physical instruction, either. Adam has seriously considered yoga and related philosophy and reading for many years. In addition, he will help to inform your practice and guide your journey within this deeper context if desired.
